Lucia Ltd. is a Bulgarian manufacturer of quality cotton and textile rags for cleaning, polishing and industrial use.

The company's production base is located in a convenient location for transport in the industrial area of Vratsa city.

The rags are pressed and baled in a polyethylene stack - 10 kg.

When it comes to cleanliness and hygiene, the humble cleaning rag plays a crucial role in maintaining a spotless environment.

Material selection
The fabrics we use include 100% cotton, cotton blend, jersey, sheets. Cotton with its absorbent nature is excellent for general purpose cleaning.

Cutting and shaping
Once the materials have been selected and secured, the manufacturing process continues with cutting and shaping the fabric into a standard 40x40cm size. We use automated cutting machines to ensure precision and efficiency, optimise material usage and minimise waste. The choice of shape and size depends on the purpose of the cleaning rag, whether for household work, industrial applications or specialized cleaning tasks.
Quality Control
Quality control is a paramount aspect of cleaning rag manufacturing. Rigorous inspection processes are applied to identify and correct any defects in materials and cleaning them of sewn ornaments. This ensures the final product durability.

Packaging and distribution:
Once the cleaning rags pass the quality control inspections, they undergo packaging for distribution. The rags are baled in a 10kg polyethylene stack.
